All whereverart.com competitions are internet-based, so you must submit digital images. Traditional negatives or slides can be converted to digital images by having them scanned. Most labs can make a Photo CD from your film - for the best quality, ask for professional services. It is best to work with a large version of your image before reducing it to the desired size for sending to the competition.
